You may be surprised to know how affordable it can be to make your space work better for you. Here’s how we’ll work… together:

We’ll talk, then meet; develop and agree on a strategy. A detailed written proposal will follow, confirming the scope of your project, a plan of action, and a timetable. Project will start with your approval and a retainer, so all time spent is about moving your project forward.

Home Staging projects typically have distinct beginnings and ends, making proposals easier. On the other hand, Decorating projects are more evolutionary in nature, and tend to be more time-intensive early-on, when options and ideas are being explored. Necessary, but more difficult to quote what a project will entail.

Some Decorating clients prefer a quoted a range of time, others just want a ceiling, and still other clients like to re-evaluate at set intervals. As part of making sure it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss your preferences up front, and maintain clear communications throughout.

Good things to know…

  • Working together, we can accomplish a great deal in a few hours
  • Even on multi-room projects many clients find 3 to 5 hours is all they need to get things moving
  • My hourly rate gives you total control over your project.
  • Retail and trades people can work more easily and quickly with clients who have already started to zero in on their situation/needs. I negotiate best pricing for you, any available discounts on services or goods go to you directly in the form of a lower price.
  • Clients make final decisions, sign any contracts and pay suppliers/contractors directly, as well as sales tax, and any delivery/installation fees.
  • Fees are $95.00 per hour, unless part of a larger proposal which would be included/detailed in that proposal. Field research, detailed communications via phone, email, extended travel or repeated site visits are all working time.
